Standard Upgrade – You Send Your Elf

Ship your elf to our workshop, and we’ll perform the full upgrade you select. Your elf returns poseable, ready for mischief, and better than ever.

All-In Upgrade – We Provide the Elf

No elf yet? No problem. We supply a brand-new Elf on the Shelf, fully upgraded with the enhancements you choose. Ideal for gifts or first-time families.

Turnaround Time & Shipping

We typically complete upgrades within 1 week, with optional rush service available during busy seasons. All orders ship anywhere in the United States with tracking. Every elf is handled carefully to ensure safe travel both ways.
