Most elves are upgraded and ready to head home within one week. If your elf is especially mischievous or ordered during peak season, it may wiggle around and add an extra day — but we’ll keep you posted. Rush service is available if your elf needs express magic.

Right now, Sneaky Season Co. ships anywhere within the United States. If your elf lives outside the U.S., we recommend getting them a tiny passport and checking in with us— international shipping can be accommodated on a individual basis.

Both! You can send us your current elf, or choose our All-In Upgrade where we provide a brand-new elf that arrives fully enhanced and ready for sneaky business. No judgment — some elves just need a fresh start.

Nope! All enhancements are done carefully and cleanly, with techniques that keep your elf soft, safe, and kid-friendly. We never alter the face or hands, and all internal upgrades stay hidden. Your elf stays adorable; just becomes more… capable.

Because each upgrade is custom and hand-crafted, we cannot accept returns once the magic has been applied. However, if something seems off, let us know right away — elves can get rowdy, but we’ll always work with you to fix anything that isn’t right.
